In addition to the statutory warranty, we grant a 10-year manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase with the assurance that the HARO® toilet seats are free from material, manufacturing and design defects.

After purchasing a HARO toilet seat, private and commercial customers have the option of registering the toilet seat using the form above and thus activating the extended manufacturer's guarantee of 10 years.

Private customers and sanitary professionals always complain about HARO toilet seats via the specialist dealer from whom the seat was purchased.

- extensions, conversions or other modifications have been made to the HARO® toilet seats without authorisation;
- if abrasive, chlorinated or acidic cleaning agents have been used (click here for care instructions)
- if people have sat or stood on the closed lid.
